Laura Clark

Laura Clark is a member of Slung Low who joined the company as Producer is 2009 working on Mapping the City (imove/Hull Truck) Anthology(Liverpool Everyman), The Knowledge Emporium (The Gate), Captain Barbi, They Only Come at Night:Visions (Barbican) They Only Come at Night: Resurrection and Beyond The Frontline (The Lowry) and Last Seen (Almeida).

Laura has also worked as a freelance Producer and Project Manager, managing the opening of Richard Thomas’s Dance Revue Shoes at Sadler’s Wells and it’s West End transfer and Put Your Foot Down and Dancing the Waterways for the Birmingham International Dance Festival 2010.

Prior to this Laura managed the performance programme for Liverpool Culture Company during the European Capital of Culture Year in 2008.

Having begun her career in theatre management Laura then spent three years as Theatre Programmer at The Lowry and has worked in a range of venues, across art forms and scales and has experience in the commercial and subsidised theatre sector.

She is also a Specialist Advisor on Dance for Creative Scotland.
